We are a multidisciplinary team of 40+ researchers working at the forefront of biodetection science and technology.
Our expertise spans engineering, aerosol science, microbiology, chemistry, atmospheric science, AI-driven data analytics, and sensor and instrumentation development, enabling us to tackle some of today’s most pressing challenges – from strengthening national security and environmental resilience to improving air quality and disease surveillance.
Collaboration is at the heart of our work. Bringing together established research leaders and new research talent from across the University of Hertfordshire, Cranfield University, University of Leeds, and University of Manchester, we work alongside government, industry, and international partners to develop and deploy next-generation detection technologies.
